By submitting a project, you confirm that you have the right to use its code, data, media, and other materials. You permit event organizers to review, judge, display, describe, and promote the submitted project for event and community purposes.
5. NASA Data and Third-Party Materials
NASA open data, APIs, software, trademarks, and third-party resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. You are responsible for checking and following those requirements. A link or reference does not imply endorsement by the linked organization.
6. Event and Website Changes
Schedules, speakers, locations, challenges, judging arrangements, and website features may change when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material event changes through the website or registered contact details.
7. Availability and Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and services reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free.
